It was a year and a half ago when Sunil Kalyan went to India to do some work with a few brand name music producers. His uncle is the professor of music at DIV College in Jalandhar which he used to visit on a regular basis whilst in India. His uncle used to get quite a few students coming to learn and this one student stood out for Sunil. He then came to visit Sunil where Sunil had taken his portable studio everywhere he went. Sunil had various beats already pre made from the U.K. so Harpreet and Sunil got together and went through a few beats which he then pulled out a song that he thought was perfect for the beat which they had recorded hence to how the track “Gabhru” came about .
